A Business not an Empire

Our government needs to be run like a business not an empire. The United States is 14 trillion dollars in the hole. We have a duty to the next generation not to leave them with this debt just because this generation is full of greedy assholes. Seriously people, have some common sense spending more isn’t going to get us out of this. Here is what should be done.

Bring Our Soldiers Home

Hey Obama!, There is plenty of oil in the United States, Mexico and Alaska, no need to be in the middle east anymore, Let’s stop trying to “help” other countries and put our own country before others.

Legalize Marijuana

It doesn’t matter if you smoke it or you don’t smoke it, Marijuana SHOULD be legal in-fact it never should have been illegal. Alcohol and Tobacco are way worse for you, ask any doctor. Legalizing marijuana on the federal level would get rid of all the wasteful spending by the DEA busting people who have $20 dollars worth of weed at their house. End the war on drugs, It could generate over 1 billion dollars in just one state if it were controlled and taxed like alcohol or tobacco. It would also create a lot of new jobs if it were grown in the United States like tobacco.

Everyone should be taxed the same percentage of there paycheck.

Flat tax should be instilled on the people, with certain conditions leading to a small small decrease (kids, health, stuff like that). However the amount of money you are making shouldn’t effect how much less or more you pay. If you make 20 thousand or 15 million a year, you both will give the same percentage of your earnings. Also any new taxes should be voted on by the people not just the congress.

Foreign Aid…. debatable

In a event that is catastrophic or uncontrollable disaster or even a crisis I would be ok with us providing foreign aid. But just handing out large sums of money for no good reason is something we can’t afford to do during this time.

Put our country first, not others

This one completely makes sense to me. Our first priority is our country and no one else.

Stop letting companies outsource jobs

If a company outsources it’s jobs or productions overseas, a mandatory 30% of there net income will be taken from them to make up for their lack of supporting Americas work force. I don’t wanna hear this bullshit about how no one in America wants to work machine line jobs, I think if someone had to choose between a job and no job to feed their family they would take ANY job. If a company however employs 90% of there workforce here, then they will not have to pay any taxes. The amount of jobs this will create will easily out weigh the company not paying a tax.

Stop sending so many people to jail

Let’s make sure the people who get sent to jail really deserve to be in jail. I’m talking of course of people who don’t harm anyone else but themselves should not be in jail (I talk of the use of drugs) if there use of these drugs does no harms to others I don’t think citizens tax money should be paying for them to sit in jail. I’m not against imprisoning people just against people going to jail for lack of a good reason.

Well I’m done ranting but I hope I’m not the only one who feels like the stuff I just wrote makes sense cause if it doesn’t I fear for the future.
